How enrollment and event-operation information is handled.

Information collected
Enrollment may collect identity, contact, date of birth, hometown, emergency contact, guardian details, competition selections, releases, payment state, and event participation records.
How it is used
Information supports registration, eligibility, payment, safety, event operation, results, participant communication, fraud prevention, and authorized media production. Access is limited according to operational role.
Service providers
Stripe processes payment information; CompOS stores competition records through Cloudflare services; the public site is hosted separately. Payment card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this site.
Browser storage
This site stores a private registration access token in your browser so you can return to your status. Clearing browser storage removes that local access but does not delete the registration.
Requests
Contact xlntSports to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some financial, release, safety, and competition records may be retained when required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
